When a call connects, the agent analyses the conversation as soon as it ends and attaches an outcome to the call. It arrives in the call.completed webhook and on GET /v1/calls/{id}.
string | null
The agent’s label for the call, chosen from the dispositions configured on the agent (for example Interested, Not interested, Call back later). Map these to stages in your CRM.
string | null
Two or three sentences on what happened.
object
Each of the agent’s questions (set on the agent as extraction questions) and the answer given. Keys are the questions as configured; a question that was not answered may be missing.
integer | null
The AI’s 1–10 score of the contact’s interest. null when it could not tell.
boolean
The contact asked to be called back.
string | null
When, in the contact’s own words (“tomorrow after 6 pm”). Parse it on your side if you schedule callbacks.
string | null
Whether a person should call: CALL, CALL_LATER or SKIP. null means not assessed, not “call”.
string | null
One sentence on why, for whoever decides whether to call.
object
A meeting, demo, visit or callback the contact agreed to at a specific day or time. requested is false when no time was agreed, even if they showed interest.
array
The conversation, turn by turn: {speaker: "agent" | "contact", text}.

When there is no outcome

outcome is null:
  • while the call is still in progress or being analysed;
  • for calls that never connected (no_answer, busy, failed, canceled, expired);
  • in the rare case the analysis did not arrive within 10 minutes of the call ending. The call is then completed and final without an outcome. Use the recording and duration_seconds.

Recordings

recording_url is a temporary link to the call audio, valid for 24 hours (recording_expires_at). To keep a recording, download it when you receive the webhook. To play it later, read the call again for a fresh link.
Recording and storing calls may need the contact’s consent where you operate. Your agent’s opening line is the right place to say the call is recorded.
