Event payloads

What each webhook delivery contains.

Every delivery is a JSON object:

id · string

The event id, e.g. evt_6f1d2c9a8b7e4f3a2d1c0b9a. The same on every retry; one id per call.

object · string

Always event.

type · string

call.completed, call.not_connected or webhook.test.

created_at · string

When this delivery was made (ISO-8601 UTC).

data · object

The full call object, the same as GET /v1/calls/{id} returns at that moment.

In rare cases data.outcome is null on call.completed: the call connected, but its analysis did not arrive within 10 minutes. Use duration_seconds and the recording.

data.status tells you why: no_answer, busy, failed, canceled or expired. status_reason, when present, adds detail. To try again later, create a new call; Telleo does not retry calls on its own.
