The fastest follow-up there is: the visitor fills your enquiry form and their phone rings while they still have your page open.
Make the API call from your server, never from JavaScript in the page. A key in the browser can be copied by anyone and used to place calls on your account.

The flow

  1. The form posts to your own backend, as it does today.
  2. Your backend saves the enquiry, then calls POST /v1/calls.
  3. Your thank-you page can say: “We’re calling you now on +91 98XXX XXX10.”

Examples

Good to know

  • Phone numbers must be in E.164 (+919876543210). Indian visitors usually type 10 digits; add +91 on your side.
  • Calling hours still apply. An enquiry at 11 pm is called when your next window opens; scheduled_for on the response tells you when.
  • Duplicates. A visitor who submits twice gets one call: the second request returns 409 call_already_queued while the first is waiting, and the per-number limits apply after that.
  • Consent. Say on the form that you will call, for example “Submit and we’ll call you right away.”
